We Synaura Associates and Distributors have been given some extra time to take advantage of our great timing. We need to keep in mind that Synaura has been progressively getting things done as well as remember that starting up a Company always has it’s challenges. Synaura has met them successfully. What have they been?

As an associate we can use the “waiting time” to wait and see or use the time to actively promote our business. Why would we choose one way over the other. Because of failure. Not ours, but a Company’s. We just may not be sure the company is going to succeed so we hold back. Nobody wants to look like a fool.

I want you to think back to how many Company’s you joined thinking “this is the one”, only for it to fizzle out in a year or two or less. “That’s my point!” you may say. My point is, why did those Companies fail? What did you really know about them or their leaders? Synaura is transparent. You can see what it’s all about by doing a little research.

What will you find? Synaura has been smart. They did not dive into multiple executives with huge salaries from day one. They did not spend without purpose or carelessly. Synaura has consistently progressed and these progressions have come in a timely manner. Synaura has not failed.

What have been some of the challenges or problems Synaura has faced?

• they have had to wait for the synplex technology to be available (2008)
• they have had to wait to bring Dr. Kroll into the company
• they have had to wait to bring Travis Martin into the company
• there were delays with the distributor briefcase due to name placement
• the original custom made glass bottle had manufacturing problems
• the sample bottles initially had problems being filled
• there were delays in getting a glass bottle of Avia to market
• there were problems and delays with labels
• there were software and genealogy transfer issues

Each of these challenges have been dealt with successfully, which shows the tenacity and determination to bring everything to fruition. And now there’s much to tell you about where we are and where we are going. Sorry to say, some have fallen to the wayside mainly because of not wanting to wait for things to be ready.

However, Synaura is now ready and they are preparing for outstanding growth. Here’s what’s made that possible:

• Avia has been available in 4 oz. botlles since May 2009
• Avia is now available in 25.35 oz. bottles, single bottles or cases
• Syn40 is now available in 60 capsule one month supply bottles or
• Syn40 is available in 14 capsule one week sample bottles
• Our genealogy in our DiscoverAvia website sh0uld be up very soon
• Our marketing website MySynaura should be ready my the end of November

One major challenge has been the software for a straight line compensation plan and the transferring of all the genealogy to the new website. To expedite the completion of this task, a new company has been hired and they are working on the solution expeditiously.

Many new things are unfolding with Synaura. The Guaranteed Income Program will start when the software is completed and it will be a major reason why people will flock to Synaura. Also starting then will be the Ambassador Squad, the goal of qualifying for a 7 day trip to Costa Rica in the Spring.

To qualify for the trip you must achieve the rank of Executive Director with $8K in Personal Group Volume (PGV) and $240. in Personal Volume (PV). Any Over All Volume (OV) if needed, will be revealed later. You’ll have a four month period (starting when the software is ready) to achieve this goal for the incentive trip.

This trip perfectly illustrates my point in this blog. What this means is that we can be using this time right now to be building our group volume. Group volume comes from personally sponsoring people and they doing the same. Your total group sales makes up your group volume.

There’s no easy numbers to give to achieve this because some people will sponsor 1-2 people and other will sponsor 5-10 people. Also, some will order as little as $30.00 in product and others will order $240.00 or more. At any rate, it will be a matter of just achieving the goal rather than maintaining it. So how are you going to use your time fro here on out?

Yes, we have phenomenal timing with Synaura. We are among the first few thousand of what could be hundreds of thousands. And while there is just the issue of getting the software completed, by using the time we now have to get our group going, we not only can earn the free Costa Rica incentive trip, we can be building a nice monthly income to be proud of.
